Check-in delays could use more efficiency!!! The pool closure was a letdown, and having to rely on the malfunctioning safe in the room was frustrating!!! Wireless chargers should be standard nowadays!!!

The Executive club exclusive room was well-appointed, with a nice selection of pillows enhancing comfort. Garima, the manager, provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure all our requests were met. Although some staff were warm, not all interactions felt as personalized, which slightly marred the experience. Breakfast was elaborate and a perfect start to the day, but I encountered a few minor issues with dining that could improve overall satisfaction.

Unfortunately, the experience fell short due to several inconveniences. The in-room intercom failed to function properly, complicating communication with the front desk. I encountered excessive noise from outside events, disrupting the evening peace and waking me early with loud announcements. Dining at the Pavilion was underwhelming. the buffet lacked flavor, and waiting for a table added to the frustration. The gym facilities were adequate but needed better maintenance, leading to a impression that cleanliness wasn't a priority. Overall, while the property had potential, it felt overpriced given the service and quality provided.

Loved my stay here! The food was absolutely amazing, especially the Italian chocolates, and I really enjoyed the spa's massage services and the relaxing sun loungers. One thing though, the shower could use an update, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a minibar. The shower was great, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine. The spa facilities included a nice outdoor swimming pool and a steam room. Breakfast had a wonderful variety, like freshly baked pastries and fresh juices. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Absolutely loved the garden-facing room and the rooftop breakfast was a showstopper! Plus, the Asian restaurant had decent food to make our evenings good.

The elegant decor of the hotel was captivating, with art pieces that felt like a walk through an exquisite gallery. The spacious common areas were easily accessible, making it a luxurious haven for seniors like myself.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

The dining options were plentiful, but I found it

difficult to secure a reservation at peak times. Nonetheless, the buffet breakfast was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of local dishes offered, although I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility during dinner service due to high demand.

Great cooking class, learned a lot. The room felt cramped and could use more space. Happy hour drinks were excellent.

this was our honeymoon trip, and the luxury collection truly exceeded our expectations. the towers room was exceptionally comfortable and offered stunning city views. the staff's attention to detail made our stay even more special, contributing to a perfect romantic getaway.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the aesthetics of the golf bar. the kaya kalp spa is an amazing bonus, making workouts much more enjoyable!
